  19. I don't know what system are you using but if you have a ftp
  20. command (or similiar file transfer utility) you can put it in
  21. a public accessible ftp site, probably an university around there.
  22. Here in this list, there could be a person who maintain an
  23. ftp site that he can explain more to you, or he can put your
  24. program in his archive.
